1. Content Creation for Serengeti Bytes:
Develop and curate engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, images, videos, and written posts, that align with Serengeti Bytes' brand identity.
Create and maintain a content calendar to plan and schedule posts, campaigns, and promotions across all social media platforms.
Collaborate closely with the wider Serengeti Bytes team to ensure a cohesive brand message and visual identity.
2. Social Media Management for Serengeti Bytes:
Manage and monitor Serengeti Bytes' social media accounts on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent posting, engagement, and growth.
Foster meaningful connections with our online community by promptly responding to comments, messages, and inquiries, and encourage user-generated content.
Analyse social media performance metrics, track KPIs, and generate regular reports to measure the effectiveness of social media strategies and campaigns.
3. Client Content Creation and Management:
Work closely with Serengeti Bytes' clients to understand their unique needs and objectives for social media and content marketing.
Develop tailored content strategies and create engaging content for clients across various industries.
Manage and execute social media campaigns for clients, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
4. Trend Monitoring and Innovation:
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep Serengeti Bytes and its clients ahead of the curve.
Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and creative content approaches to drive engagement and brand awareness.
5. Online Influencers Management
Identifying, profiling, and recruitment
Onboarding and Contracting
Training and Development
Reporting and Analytics
Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as a social media coordinator
Expertise in multiple social media platforms
In-depth knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video will be an added advantage)
Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
Excellent communication skills
Multitasking and analytical skills
Understanding and the use of Adobe Creative Suite (Video and Editing Software is an added advantage)
Self-motivated, self-aware, and self-driven who can deliver with minimum supervision.
Diploma or Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communication, New Media, or relevant field.
